Delivery & shipping

Two numbers, kept separate: how long we take to build it, and how long the sea takes. Guessing either one is how a production date slips.

Build time

WhatTimeNotes
Stock machines~2 weeksThe models we keep on the floor. Ask which they are this month — the list moves.
Built to your candle~4 weeksMould size and count, tray layout — plus the voltage for any wax melting equipment in the order. The clock starts when the drawing is signed off, not when the deposit lands.
A full line4–8 weeksMelting, moulding, wick coating and finishing together. Book the engineer's dates at the same time as the machines.

Then the sea

Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia3–8 days at sea
India, Bangladesh2–4 weeks at sea
Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania6–8 weeks door to door

Clearing it at your end

We quote FOB or CIF and send the paperwork with the shipment. We do not quote DDP — that would mean us guessing your country's duty and pricing the guess into the machine. Below is what each market actually needs; it is guidance from shipments we have made, not legal advice, and rules change.

MarketWhat it needs
VietnamForm E travels with the shipment and gives you 0% duty under ACFTA; VAT is yours to settle. It cannot be issued after the fact, so it has to be arranged before we ship.
The PhilippinesForm E again, issued before departure — without it the machine is taxed at the ordinary rate. New machinery needs no import licence, but you must be registered with Customs (CPRS) before the shipment arrives. VAT 12%.
NigeriaMachinery is not on the SONCAP exemption list, but a genuine manufacturer importing for their own use can apply for a SONCAP Import Permit. That is applied for on your side — budget for the fee and about two weeks. Duty on machinery is light: 0–5% plus VAT.
IndiaThe headline import cost looks like 27–28% (BCD plus IGST), but a registered manufacturer reclaims the IGST — the real burden is nearer 9–10%. Worth working out before you compare our price with a local machine's.
IndonesiaNew machinery is normally free to import, but check the HS line on INSW before we ship — used machinery is restricted. Buyers without an import licence of their own usually clear through a licensed importer; we can point you at one.
