Double-Wall Oil Heated Multi-Purpose Wax Melting Tank
A small jacketed tank on castors — gentle oil heat for blending fragrance and colour, wheeled to wherever the batch is needed.
Overview
A compact double-wall tank on four braked castors, with a welded push handle and a thermal oil jacket between the inner vessel and the outer shell. Heat reaches the wax through the oil and the jacket wall — never through an element sitting in the melt.
It is built for the blending step rather than for bulk melting. Fragrance oil and dye go into a measured charge, and because the jacket runs only a few degrees above the set point, the batch can be held and worked without cooking off the top notes or shifting the colour.
A filler cap on the top rim charges the oil jacket, a small tap on the side drains the wax, and the control box on the front carries the thermostat, run and stop buttons, indicator and breaker on a trailing supply lead — so the tank can be plugged in at whichever bench it is standing at.
Open top as shown; a cover and a paddle mixer can be added. Tank volume, heating capacity and voltage are built to your requirement.
