Wax Melter Trolley

A double-wall trolley tank: thermal oil in the jacket, a hinged lid on top, four castors underneath and a discharge valve at the base. It is built to hold wax at working temperature and move it, rather than to melt a bulk charge from cold.

That solves a layout problem rather than a melting one. A fixed melting tank forces you to plumb wax lines to every pouring machine, or to carry wax in open containers. A trolley lets one operator draw a batch from the main melter, wheel it to the machine that needs it and drain it straight into the pouring tray — useful in workshops where machine positions change, or where a single melting point serves several scattered lines.

Because the heat comes through an oil jacket rather than an element in the wax, a batch can stand on the trolley through a shift without scorching at the wall. A geared paddle mixer on the lid keeps colour and fragrance in suspension while it waits; the units shown have one fitted.

The control box on the lower side carries the temperature display and the breaker. Tank volume, castor type, heating capacity and voltage are built to your requirement, and the trolley pairs with a filling pistol for small and varied batches.
