Overview
An enclosed stainless steel chamber that converts molten wax into a fine, free-flowing powder by controlled cooling and mechanical processing.
Powder is worth making because solid wax slab is awkward to work with. Powder can be weighed accurately for dye and additive recipes, it melts far faster and more evenly than a slab, it is the required input for pressed and compression-moulded candles, and it is the base for foamed and decorative wax finishes.
The unit has hinged top lids for access and cleaning, a side cooling fan, a bottom discharge outlet and a front control panel with the process buttons, speed control and digital temperature display. Throughput, particle size range and voltage are built to your requirement.
