Overview

A customised manual household candle making machine. Candle size, shape and mould quantity are designed according to your requirements and candle specifications.

This model carries our patented clamping wax tray. Conventional candle machines require an operator to hang every wick by hand before each pour — slow, labour-intensive and the main bottleneck on output. The clamping tray holds the previous batch at the top of the machine, and that batch pulls the next length of wick through the mould tubes automatically. Manual wick hanging is eliminated entirely.

Stick / Household Candle Machine with Clamping Wax Tray The full production cycle: the previous batch finishes cooling, is cut free and lifted out, the clamping tray opened and the surplus wax cake cleared, handwheel ejection, ejector return with automatic wick feed, then pouring and circulated water cooling.
